Elvis W. Rema, MD
Dr. Rema is an interventional pain physician at 33 Grand Street in Kingston, affiliated with HealthAlliance. He earned his MD at St. George's University, completed anesthesiology residency at George Washington University, and a pain medicine fellowship at Columbia University–NewYork-Presbyterian. He is board certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine by the American Board of Anesthesiology and is a Castle Connolly Top Doctor. His goal is that every patient feels heard, understands their options, and leaves confident they were cared for.
Caren Goldstein, NP
Caren Goldstein, NP, is a nurse practitioner who works alongside Dr. Rema at our Kingston office. She brings experience in orthopedics and is well versed in musculoskeletal and pain conditions. She studied at Western Connecticut State University and the State University of New York.
